The best no. plate i've seen was on an old Mini in Bury St Edmunds in the early 70s

But ...

was behind a Maserati a while ago that had "Nil TAX" for a plate.

Man after my own heart. Shame was one of the newer models with the silly head lights :(

I saw A5TON, I was on a school trip to france that happened to coninsided with the LeMon24, best ferry ride ive had!
