    Hi

I have planning and bw applications in for a detached garage. One side wall is to be 500mm from boundary which is neighbours house, and the rear wall 700mm from another boundary wall.

it’s block construction with a dry dash render finish. Is this enough space at the side and back to apply these finishes?

    thanks

Not comfortable for the person doing it but yes it can be done, why not smooth render?

That's just what the plans state (dry dash), to match the existing house. I wouldn't mind if it was a smooth render. Are they just as watertight and durable? Sides of the garage will get little sunlight and are near large trees so would worry about it all turning green!
