Spare garden space behind garage.. ideas?

There is going to be a bit more room behind our garage than first anticipated so it has got me thinking what we could do with the area... any ideas welcome!!!

We already had other areas of the garden for patio/grass etc

The area will have a tree covering most of it (Common Ash) so that might impact the choice.

The area is about 3m x 5.5m

Thats large enough for a comfortable man-cave.

Definitely a man-cave or workshop to retreat away to in the evening.

Otherwise I'd say a mini pub, brewery, anorak room or a walk-in log store!

Brick extension, concrete floor Roof as per garage. You then have tool store / workshop / hidey hole / secure bolt holt (perm any one from list!).
Best thing I ever did - except the wife has found the keys so my 'toys' get put in there on any flat surface she can find...

I think I will still be in 2 minds for a while so might get it paved with the rest of the garden and then if we want to add something I can build on top of that.... unless we want a brick construction.

An extension of the garage would be cool but probably too costly at this stage.

I suppose I could add a man cave/summer house/future kids play room on top of the paving
