Hi all

I have just recently noticed an annoying crackle from my surround sound speakers, this happens only when I am online when viewing music on youtube etc, cd or dvd music playback is fine.

I have a soundblaster audigy 2 platinum ex internal sound card with an external break box which is linked via an AD link connector, the wireless router is approx 5 metres away from the PC.

Any advice would be truly appreciated.

Is your PC connecting to your router by wireless then.
If so, have you got a 5M ethernet cable you can try, this would eliminate or prove wireless problems.

Hi Kev

Thanks for the kind response, I found the culprit being flashplayer, as youtube uses this I simply uninstalled, and then re installed, it now plays fine with no interference whatsoever.

Regards

Steve.
