Split AC unit error

Not sure if this is in the correct section as I couldn't find any suitable section. I have a Blaupunkt BAC-WM-I1212-A05B 3.5k split air conditioner. Been working for good 5/6 years. I had two installed exactly same time. One of them recently stopped working when I put it in heating mode. It just reads P0 and some lights blink. I checked the user manual and P0 isn't mentioned as an error at all.

Can anyone help?
