Splitting multi signal cable inside cavity wall

Hi,
I got a tri-out outlet on the wall (like this one http://www.screwfix.com/p/lap-tv-fm-satellite-screened-triplex-grid-module-white/48262)

And what I essentially want to do is create another one on the other side of the wall. My question is how do I split the cable inside the wall.

I removed the outlet and apparently all these three signals are carried on a single coax cable. This single coax cable enters to aforementioned outlet and splits to 3 different outputs (TV/Sat/Radio)

Can I simply use something like http://www.screwfix.com/p/labgear-2-way-splitter-with-power-pass-all-ports/99105 This splitter works great on just TV signals but I don't know if it will work for a "tri-signal coax"

Yep. That'll work fine provided there's enough signal to cope with the losses due to splitting. Use decent coax after the split.... WF100 is decent coax.... and watch out for stray filaments of shield wire touching the centre core.

No, it can't possibly support two satellite receivers because they will both be sending conflicting control signals to the LNB. In addition, reducing the LNB signal by (typically) 4dB could be too much.

Hi Sam,
Just to clarify, this is a new built building and I got these "tri-outlets" in every room already, and two satellite dishes are shared by over 100 flats.

Do you have a better idea of splitting this?
Ideally I want to have all 3 but for a worst case scenario, I'm ok with just using TV/aerial out on one end and TV/sat/radio on the other end. Will my solution work in this scenario? I will still need to split the input cable (which has all 3 signals)

In that case my advice would be to connect a splitter to the TV outlet and feed a cable back through the wall to a TV wall plate (or the existing triplexer). It might not look very elegant (unless you can hide the splitter) but it will almost certainly work and can't possibly affect the satellite signal.
