i have got a 4 spotlight bar, and i am need some help to install it, in my room i have 3 grey sheeves and the spotlight bar only has neutral and live, how to i connect 3 neutral, 3 live and 3 earth to just a neutral and live.. please help!!!!!!!

You connect the Live and Neutral of the new light to the same terminals as the old one was.
If it does not require an Earth, conect all the earth wires together in a connector block.
If it does not require an Earth, conect all the earth wires together in a connector block.

I bet you've got 3 neutral, 2 live, 1 switched live, and 3 earth.
If you haven't identified the switched live before you took the old fitting off, life will be more complicated.
