spotlight bulb

hi all

The bulbs of my kitchen ceiling spotlight have often stopped working after a few months. It is LED GU10 and it could be any of the three bulbs in the photo. I understand this kind of bulbs should usually last a few years. 2 photos attached.

any advice would be much appreciated.

Do you find the lamp housing on the fitting gets hot. its possibly heat building up within the housing that is destroying the lamps

They are 230v lamps. If they fail after less than the advertised time then you may surmise that you should buy lamps from a premium supplier, rarther than the cheapo versions.

The published lifetime of lamps aren't any guarantee, its the average lifetime

A few ventilation holes neatly drilled in the lamp housing might help.
