Spurring off a socket to a new socket- is it a notifiable job?

I feel able to spur off and add a socket back to back on an internal wall from the existing ring. I have done several, but not since the rules changed. But I won't if it's notifiable.

Is such a job notifiable. It is simply tidier (maybe safer!) than an extension lead trailing about.

No, it wouldn't be notifiable. However, before you do any 'spurring', you need to be sure what you are spurring from (and hence that it's something you are allowed to spur from), and you really should have the equipment and knowledge to adequately test the work after you have done it.
