squealing baxi wm70 after bleeding radiators

Hi - I have an old baxi and it was running fine until I bled the radiators when a few days later it started squealing when switched on from cold. I suppose it is a scaling problem - lots of gas seems to accumulate so perhaps it needs more inhibitor in the tank?
