stat problem

My TDC32 Thermos on the back are OK but still no Heat. Heat elements look OK. There is a mention of a Thermo (fluff) on the door does anyone know how to get to it?

I should have mentioned that still no heat after checking and resetting Theromo also I've put wire link in to override the Thermos, still no heat.

Time to get the meter out and check if there is power to the heating element. You may have got better responses with a little more information i.e. we assume it is a tumble dryer, you don't say,,, and a lighter tone, you are requesting our free advice after all !
