Sterling 10 refusing to start up!!

Hi folks,

just put a Sterling 10 panel in, wired all detectors, wired bellbox in, ensured all connections were correct, fired it up and...NOTHING!
The mains LED inside the panel illuminates so I know power is getting to the panel properly but the bellbox has no power to it and also the PIR's aren't getting any power to them either.
I've checked all fuses, none have blown - i even replaced all the fuses just incase and still nothing!.

I've checked and checked all connections but to no avail. The keypad just won't power up, no illumination on keys...

Any suggestions as to what it could be? I'm suspecting it's a faulty panel, due to the fact the panel isn't starting up and the bellbox isn't getting power to it and the detectors aren't getting power to them either!

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yes they do!

So you have a voltage into the regulator - so does it come out again? (Don't short it out testing it). Place one probe on any neg 12v and the other on the regulator outputs and see what you read.
