Hi all
The following thermostatic valve keeps sticking, it should rotate through about 350 degrees but it can normally only be turned about 160 degrees. I took the crown off and sprayed some WD40 on to the end of the spindle and it was fine but only for a week or so. I also noticed that it clicks at what is possibly the middle temperature.
Additionally water leaks out of the end of the flow spindle when the valve is open.
Do they both need replacing or can either of them be repaired? IIRC the thermostatic valve was only replaced about 3 years ago.
Thanks in advance.
