Still cant work my Drayton RF2 wireless

I have downloaded a manual and followed the instuctions. However I cant get rid of the flashing battery, ( I have changed batteries, and closed right door first), and each time I re-programme the screen reverts to 34c. I have turned heating on manually but am desparate to get thermostat working as the boiler is in the loft.
Can anyone help or at least provide me with a tel no for Drayton.

How long have you had it? I had this prob 2 years ago and they said it was a known problem with poor connectors. they sent me a new one free.
