Still need to size after Dulux Plaster Sealer?

I've made good the problem plasterboard walls and applied Dulux Plaster Sealer to try and solve the problems where it was a bit flakey.
Do I still need to size prior to hanging lining paper, or will the Plaster Sealer seal it sufficiently?
 
Size is only to even out the porousity of the wall and even out the suction..which then increases 'slip' when papering...if the wall is sealed you wont need it

Id suggest a strong ready mixed adhesive though.
