Stove Richmond 600G oven issue

I have Stove Richmond 600G gas cooker, its 5 years old has an issue with the main oven, I turn the oven on to gas mark 9 for 10 mins then lower it to gas mark 6 and oven turns itself off. It will stay on gas mark 9 and work fine if I don't lower it.
Any thought? Thanks

You will need a gas safe engineer to look at it as it sounds like a regulator problem
