Straight connector for shower trap

I’m installing a shower tray onto a concrete floor. I have cut a channel in the floor in a straight line from the trap to drain system. However, the trap supplied with the shower tray has a 135° angled connector and I don’t have the depth to use it.

I can’t find a straight connector which will attach to the trap. Is there a reason that an angled connector is required? If not, does anyone know where I can buy a straight one?

Take the compression seal, washer and threaded nut off the other end, the nut should tighten onto the trap outlet ok? If so, then just take a piece of 40mm plastic pipe stuff it in the outlet of the trap and then use the seal, washer and nut to tighten it into the trap like any normal compression fitting and throw the bent bit away.

Thanks guys. I was hoping to use the trap supplied, but the Toolstation version should solve my problem if Madrab’s suggestion doesn’t work for some reason.
