Strange issue with Texecom elite48

Hi all

Following an issue yesterday with notifications which was fixed, I have now encountered a new issue…

When part settings the alarm from the keypad, it sets its as Engineer even though this user doesn’t have permission to set/unset. Another thing is that using the engineer code i can get to the setup without user code first which never happened before. I have checked settings and user+engineer code is true, there’s no dual code setup on the engineer either. Pics attached…any help appreciated

Check settings via keypad.

If they are correct and are not working as expected contact Texecom Technical Support.

Note: user plus engineer. Only requires you to put user code in once a day, unless you disable engineer manually with user code.

Would need to see event log for the engineer set rather than user set situation.

Thanks. The engineer code issue makes sense and that’s fine today, I must of entered user code a dozen times yesterday.
