Hi all,
Looking to re-do the bathroom and kitchen walls. Both need tiling to a decent height but then above the tiles I intend to paint. Thing is that the walls are currently kind of Artex'ed or egg shell texture. What is it and how do I cover over it? It seems like thick gloopy paint which goes lumpy.
Is there a product to easiliy skim over this type of 'feature'?
