Is it really necessary to use a paint a specially made for bathrooms and kitchens if it is going to be applied in a kitchen or bathroom where there is tiling in the wet areas and where there is fan and trickle ventilation? The paint I intend to use is ordinary vinyl (satin or matt) on the ceiling and walls away from splash areas

hi there is no need to use special paints vinyl silk or eggshell will be good enough also i use matt on ceilings away from water mark painter and decorator
