“I have a 16x12 prefabricated building, repurposed as a recording studio with climate control. Currently elevated by wooden skids on concrete blocks, its height varies from approximately 2 inches at the front to 26-30 inches at the back due to the terrain. I’ve introduced three 4x4 posts at the rear, each seated on concrete footers.

I’m exploring the possibility of constructing a concrete form, incorporating rebar or steel reinforcement like cattle panels, to facilitate pouring an aircrete foundation. My primary interest lies in leveraging aircrete’s insulation properties rather than emphasizing significant structural enhancement, as the structure is already adequately supported. This addition aims to augment the existing rigidity while offering enhanced insulation. Your insights into this proposed addition, ensuring seamless integration with the current setup for stability, would be greatly appreciated.”
