Struggling to find entry style door handles

Ive just installed a new oak front door and my wife wants an entry style handle similar to the image below but I am really struggling to find them in the UK. May sound strange but I cant even find an official name for that style. The odd one or two that I have found are either not suitable or ridiculously overpriced.

Any one know where I might source these, or even a correct term to search for?
