i have a grant vortex 36 boiler and i am trying to give it a clean out and service, the service plate behind the expansion vessel is supposed to come off to access the baffles and twizzle rods to clean them but this plate is jammed on, i have removed all 4 nuts and 1 bolt but it will not shift, any ideas how to get it off?

no worries, brute force and ignorance got it off.
was a trapped seal around the top causing it to be jammed.
