stud wall - vapour barrier? insulation? (moved from Projects)

i am making a new stud wall between a bathroom and main room en suite.

i have some questions.

Do i need to wood preserve the cls timber i do stud wall?
i am buying 3 x 2 finished timber. what screw size should i use?
do i need vapour sheet? if so what grade? do i put a layer each side? do i fix them under the timber? or should i just use foil tape? maybe staples
whats the best insulation to use.
