Hi
Anyone know how long the wood sawdust / chipping take to decay?
I want to build a shed in that area. Can I turn them into the soil? have to dig them up? etc
Any advise appreciated.

They will be a useful compost ingredient. Mix then with grass cuttings in a compost bin and you'll have quality compost in a few months, which you can use for pot plants or as a top dressing on your borders.

If your building a shed base over it dont leave them in the soil. remove them to somewhere else. As they are timber they will rot and make the ground sink if you leave them in causing settlement in the base.
