Sub Soil - Raising Garden Level

I am going to raise the garden ground level. I probably need 15 cubic meters (approx 15 tons) sub soil. Just want to raise the garden level so it does not need to be high quality soil.

I wonder how much it cost for 1 ton sub soil and delivery. Where can I find the service (South Yorkshire)?
