subsidence and structural issue? So worried!

I bought a 20year old house last year. The front parking area is uneven and i am planning to have blocking paving this summer. Meanwhile found that there is a crack on the exterior wall. I am not sure when it appears as i haven’t noticed it when moved in. Is that caused by subsidence of the uneven front parking area?
Any structural issue occurs?
