What would be the neatest way to provide power to an under kitchen cabinet TV/DVD?

Would a light switch to an unswitched socket be acceptable?

Concealed cables with a switch in a suitable location. Depending on the circuit you use you may require the switch to be fused.

It's not the best idea.

And it would not be neat.

Thanks.

So would a 3 amp fused non neon switch fitted as a spur from the kitchen ring, with the TV wired directly into the switch be acceptable and possibly the neatest method?

Have you bought the TV yet.??
The flip down ones that i have seen have a wall-wart (plug in transformer) to power the thing.

Good point. I have not bought the TV yet, and obviously this may influence my decision.
