Sunvic TLX9201 and Vokera - Help!

I've bought a Sunvic TLX9201 room stat to fit to my Vokera boiler, and need a bit of help please.

The stat states it's rated at 240v, but the schematic on the boiler states 24v, will it be able to switch at this voltage?

Also, the stat states:

IMPORTANT: To achieve correct temperature differential terminal 4 MUST be connected to Neutral, but the boiler only has two terminals for the stat to connect to, presumably Satisfied and demand?

You need a stat suitable for volts free switching.

I am not getting involved in this one except to ask what model of vokera you have as most have the facility to switch 240.

I know it sounds lame, but I really can't see a model number anywhere on it
