SUPER MEDWAY Boiler pilot light problems ..Help

Hi Guys,

I have a Super Medway Boiler
I switched it off to go on holiday for one week
Can't get it going again, following exact ignite procedures
as follows
press and hold the on button

press the igniter button till the pilot lights

hold the on button in for 20/30 sec release slowly

but pilot light just goes out, it's bank holiday week end so hard to get hold of anyone, I have been told the pressure may be down but can't see any where on the boiler where this can be adjusted.

with out operating the peizo igniter try this

try pushing the pilot light button in and and out repeatedly as sometime the gas valve becomes a little sticky

then have a go at relighting it with the button pressed in and operating the peizo igniter once it lit and after approx 30 seconds let the button out very slowly and with a bit of luck the pilot light should stay on

if unsuccesful it could well be time for a new thermocouple

Not a common thermocouple, you won't get one over the w/e

Probably muck in the pilot air intake.
