Hi - I am trying to set my superlive pro so I can see my CCTV on my phone.

We had a change of router.

Do I need to change anything on the CCTV unit (such as IP address)?

What are the setting I need to insert to view the CCTV on my phone when I am both in and out of the house?

Probably need to set up port forwarding in your router for your dvr

It used to work and suddenly I am receiving HTTP connection failed.

Is there another good app I can use?

Nothing to do with app .... What router DID you have , what router HAVE you got now , what dvr/nvr do you have for your Cctv or is it an IP camera ?

had a virgin router and they changed it for their new one.

i am not sure on the make of the dvr

Predefine rule
Service?

Add rule
What is the start port and end port
Protocol?
IP address - this is the one I set for the router?
