Is it ok to have 2 pumps and 5 40W lights oin garden, supplied from a 6A MCB on the RCD side of CU, without having any external fuses before the equipment, ie FSU?

If it's already fused down to 6A by the MCB, you don't need to fuse it down again. If you put a 5A or even a 3A cartidge fuse in an FCU, the MCB would probably still trip either first, or at the same time.
