Hi
am converting garage. It was built on the side of the house so one wall is part brick and part render whereas the others are all block.
Anyway have plasterboarded over the 3 new walls but am unsure of how to tackle the old house wall. Basically it is brick for a couple of foot up from the ground then render. I don't want to plasterboard over fro various reasons. What should I use to level this wall off ready for the plasterer to come and skim the room. Sandand cement and if so what concentration of pva should i use.....or something else?
