Just after some guestimates and advice really.
Not going to make this a long one. Have just purchased a house where you need to walk through the bedroom to gain access to the bathroom. Going to be changing the layout but cutting a long story short does it cost a lot to change from a bathroom to a kitchen and vice versa. Will be getting a new kitchen and bathroom set etc.
What sort of money should I keep aside for this at the top end do you reckon?
I know its a how long is a piece of string question but maybe someone has had some experience and knows the general price range for this.
