Hy Folks
this is a really easy one for you, I have inherited a switchmaster 300[obviously it’s installed and running my heating system etc] However my mum was the one that always altered it [it was the only technical thing my mum ever mastered bless her]

My problem is, and I told you it was simple, so please be gentle with me if you alter these on a regular basis and therefore think it is a piece of cake BUT….
How do I actually input the time sequences on it? I don’t have a manual. Has anyone got a manual or at least the part of the manual that addresses the above and could they scan the bit that for me please?
I have written to a company that still sells these about 3 weeks ago…no joy…and I’m assuming they can’t be bothered to respond as they aren’t actually going to get a sale out of me.

I’m just flicking the timed/off/constant switch at the moment. I have downloaded a pic on the site in an album marked switchmaster 300 and all signed up members I’m assuming should be able to access it. I’m not sure if it’s big enough though.

HELP!!!
:D  :?

it has four plastic tabs on the clockface.

These are On 1, Off 1, On 2 and Off 2

You can press the tabs (I think outwards, away from the centre of the clock) to disengage them. and slide them round to a different time. They will not move round unless they are disengaged.

It looks to me like your On 2 is right next to your Off 1 at the moment, so that the heat will be on from 3am to 9pm

You can reset the time by turning the clockface in a clockwise direction. As each tab passes the little arrow you will notice it operate the switch.

Thanks for the info that sounds pretty straight forward. As there are 2 sets of black and orange tabs I'm assuming that I can sets 2 separate sequences of on/off for e.g:

6-8.a.m then 5.00-8.00pm

Are the colours significant as in are the orange tabs for the beginning of a sequence and the black tabs for the end of the sequence [or vice versa]It would be interesting to finally find out as it's pointless having the heating on all day when I'm at work.It seemed to go out of synch recently.
I have a big curious smart "playful" maine coon cat with very large dextrous paws who may have been adjusting the clock for me. .....bless

anyway you've been a big help
thanks again
