System boiler with no pump overrun

There's no point asking Tony. He's talking fantasy garbage. What he says is impossible.
You need someone on site to work out exactly how it is wired now, and what extra wiring is needed. Even if you need a new wire all the way, it can be taken outside near the boiler, up the rear wall and into the roofspace. There's always a way to do it.

That's are such devices, so wind your neck in.

The new baxi range of boilers don't require a pump overrun or permanent live but I have never fitted one so can't comment on the quality or reliability of the boiler. Have from people on here that they are ok.

Usually the boilers which do not require a pump over run are the heat only type with connections on the top ( so that gravity thermal circulation can occur ). They usually do not have to have a permanent live connection.

But not all makers take the same view. The Vaillant 400 series DO need a pump over run and so need a permanent live.

Many boiler have a frost protection and this requires a permanent live to operate.

Imagination and electrics do not mix well.
I know there might be a wiring centre which might have a permanent live, but not nescessarilly so.
I know that using a live from any other circuit is not allowed, even though people with imagination often do that.
I know that the first reply was the most relevent.
If you don't want a wire through 3 floors, relocate the pump to the boiler
