T&G Garden fence

I have a garden fence made of t&g unusual I know, I need to know how to make wind breaker to this
fence as I can't keep getting it repair. Where I live can get very windy. Someone suggested I bore holes in the t&. Any ideas would be gratefully accepted. Thanks in anticipation

How about removing every third or fourth board?

...and replace with board on other side of post - to give 'hit and miss' but allowing wind through

Or carefully remove one T&G every so often, say every second, or third Etc.

Remove by cutting tongue and tapping the board out, and as StephenStephen above re-fix on other side of the post? Re-Decorate, job done and not too costly??
