I can understand @pete01 enjoying take aways as often as he does, he has nothing to lose and he has come to terms with this fact so he might as well. I however with a muscular frame and having exceptional looks have so much more to lose and why I rarely indulge in such foods. I say good on pete for being so care free about his appearance and terrible weight problem.

I recall bumping into you in LIDL not so long ago, diffucult not to given your size in relation to the width of the isles. I told you to lay off those oven ready meals and I recall your response which I admired of you. "Just look at me" was your response and yes it said it all. Well done you.
