No problems from a technical point of view but it will look weird
I would imagine that steam rising from the dishwasher & getting into the oven components & vibration transmitted to it, are possible concerns. Personally I would not be happy with the look of it or usage of them i.e. wanting to get to one appliance whilst the other was also in use. You would also need to check the installation instructions to ensure you can achieve all the necessary clearances.
