Hey guys,

I'm almost ready to get the concrete ordered and poured, but I'm trying to work out the best way to screed it level, as I've had to build one wall up higher than the other at this point.

I was thinking of doing it width ways, so we can do it all in one go, and make a tamper with a step up onto the high side, is that makes sense...?
Any other (easier, better?) ideas?

Cheers.

soo the concrete is going level to the top of the block work on the right hand side???? but you cant get a level on the left??

could you not fix a length of batten to the wall? an use that as a screen hight?
we use a laser level an a height stick

Nice long straight edge with a bubble fixed in the middle wet concrete laid on a membrane
rake it level to the eye then get in there and tamp away and drag it of level
A length of square down pipe can give you a cracking finish
