Tap washer brand recommendation

Can a professional plumber recommend a good brand / supplier of domestic sink/bath tap washers ? I hate those cheap plastic ones from eBay that fall apart after 3 months of use.

Usually just buy whatever's in the plumbers merchants. Taps only need to be turned off finger tight... are you sure someone in your house isn't being hamfisted?
