tee before u bend?

can I put a tee in the drain line to the sink before the u bend?

it's for the drains for washing machine and dishwasher..

the drain through the wall is rather high and that would make it hard to put the connections on after the u bend....

I suppose the alternative is to re-drill the drain hole in the wall .. but that means patching a hole up..

Can't see any problem except that it may not drain quick enough.
