They have to drive fast. If they hang around, they are likely to get car-jacked, as well as being shot or raped. Or both.

I think my post should say decreased? As that was my point origionally, but edited 2 times?

Otherwise why would I make the point to disagree? And say increased? When my whole argument is the opposite? I've not edited that post, however it says edited twice. Hmm.
