I have replaced my temperature sensor and it is leaking. Should i have used a sealant or can i use PTFE tape. Thanks, Chris.

Which vehicle is it Chris? If the sensor is threaded, then PTFE or Loctite 55 is the one.....if its a push in and circlip then a new 'O' ring is needed.
John :)
Edit - sorry, it'll be the Fiat!

Hi Burnerman. It is my ducatto. I replaced the threaded temp sensor but didn't seal it as the old one seemed not to be sealed. It is not like a steam fitting but a strait thread. So ptfe is ok? Thanks, Chris. And thanks for the help with the fuse box.

The original sensor probably had some liquid sealant on it - now long gone!
Ptfe should be fine, if somewhat antique.....have you any sealant at all - blue Hylomar or something?
John :)
