Texecom ARC ATS Fault

Hi

I have a Texecom Premier Elite 24 alarm.

I installed it about a year ago and for the first time yesterday had a ATS PATH FAULT COM 1 issue to which I powered down the smartcom and rebooted, which solved the issue.


Using Wintex, I have noticed that the alarm log every day has about 3 ARC ATS Fault codes on the system.

In Radio-Pad and Com Port Options, ARC 1 Primary and Secondary are empty so I cant understand what ARC it is trying to communicate with causing a fault.

Any help would be brilliant
