Texecom premier elite 48 panel with Elite control panel Disable Engineering reset

Hi guys i have recently installed a texecom premier 48 panel with a Premier Elite keypad.

I always use Scantronic panel when I do alarm system installations, but customer wanted a flush keypad in the wall therefore had to use texecom.

The problem that we are facing is that once the alarm is triggered or if any faults come on the screen it asks for engineering details or alarm company to reset the system which is becoming a problem.

Is there a way to disable the engineer reset and service reset option.
