I have the flush keypads with this alarm and notice that the time on the keypad is always a few minutes behind after a few weeks of it being set correctly.

Is there a time synch setting or something else that can solve this please?

The time is based on the frequency of the mains being 50Hz.

There have been firmware updates on the past to address this, but not convinced they worked to be fair.
The switch mode psu being faulty has caused time to go completely out, but I can't not sure your issue is so far out currently to confirm that.

You can use the crystal and adjust the time daily, see the manual for the instructions.

Thanks @secureiam
I am losing a couple of minutes every couple of weeks I would suggest. I assume this doesn't count as "completely out"? It's inconvenient nonetheless!

Also, what do you mean by update on the Crystal?

You work out if its gaining x or losing x, then adjust the number to compensate.

at the end of every day its adjusted back in, so 20 seconds a day is two minutes a week?

Excuse my ignorance please but I don't follow.
Is there a setting to +n/-n to the time? Is this what the "crystal" setting refers to?

Thanks for bearing with me!

okay you need to switch it to crystal and set the time correctly an then see how it preforms over a week.

then you can work out what value you need to change the 50 from to, ie lower or higher than 50 I believe its covered in the manual how to do the calculation based on its performance.

At that point if your struggling post the info on here and I am sure one of us will help.

However I suspect its the PSU to be the most likely cause anyway, but time will tell.
