Hi
Got a wireless shock sensor on a Texecom Premier Elite24 with wireless expander, this is the only Ricochet device I am using on the panel.

On the Wintex Zones and Attributes page for the wireless shock sensor zone it states:
1) Ricochet Device Mode - Always Awake ( is this correct or should it be hybrid or Auto?)
2) Zone Group Options 1 ( not quite sure what this is but all the other 10 zones are 0 should I put this to 0 too?)

Any help would be brilliant.

The reality is the device learns on with the correct default settings for that device.

other than programming it for behaviour in part set you should really be changing anything else.

The sensors sensitivity is set through the device.
