Texecom Smartcom Passphrase issue

Hi

Have a Texecom premier elite alarm.

I’m trying to reconnect my smartcom to my BT router after it dropped connection.

Frustratingly It doesn’t seem to accept the passphrase.

It seems the passphrase has changed as it doesn’t accept the one printed inside the smartcom box, likely from myself pressing the button on the smartcom panel repeatedly and resetting something maybe?

Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue ?

if your router dropped it, it shouldn’t need to do anything it should connect.

If your struggling, then default the smart com.
you should then be able to log into the web interface of smart com and reset up you routers ssid connection

It is in the manual which you can download from the internet from Texecom website and others or Texecom Pro app.

It has also been mentioned on here before
