Texecom Smartcom Error 'No carrier'

Hi - I've had a texecom alarm installed for 7 years and I recently noticed I can no longer generate an app code on the keypad, from "Enable Texecom Connect App" I receive the error code 'No Carrier'. I've checked everything I can think of, but without any success, anything else I should check?

System details:
Elite 64
Firmware 4.02.01
Smartcom version 03.03.00

Configuration I've checked:
Reset wifi on smartcom
Wifi light on the smartcom is solid
Cloud light on the smartcom is off
Smartcom is connected to BT router (I can see in the router portal)
I've disabled the BT router firewall
ARC 1 Protocol: Texecom Connect
UDL Password is set
Com Port 1: Smartcom
Com Port 2: ComIP Module

I can sill use the Texecom connect app V2 to set the alarm, so there is connection. I just cannot generate a new App code.

You've nailed the issue, I needed to change the server address to 127.0.0.251 for ARC1
